Weeks later, my rear differential failed and my driveshaft sheared off while merging onto a highway, creating a serious safety hazard. After getting it towed to their shop, it took over a month and cost $5,200 to get repaired. I received no goodwill coverage, no loaner vehicle, and no assistance beyond the repair. More
