Churchbells ring and choirs of angels sing I was referred to Bennett Dunlop Ford and specifically Devin Ripley by co-workers, and I was not disappointed. I have commitment issues and if there's one thing I hate it's a hard core sales because I'm not great at deflecting and I absolutely hate having to point blank say "No." I could not have asked for a better experience than I was provided by Bennett Dunlop Ford. I started out booking an appointment using their chat feature. They asked a couple quick questions and booked an appointment for me and advised they would follow up. Short and sweet and very efficient. A little bit later my phone rang and I had the pleasure to speak with Jeff. We talked pretty extensively about what I was looking for, what my excite points were and what kinds of pet peeves I had about cars. At the end of the conversation (I was pretty specific) I really felt like he knew exactly what I was looking for. Jeff also made sure to stop by and say hi at every single interaction I had at the dealership. On the day of my visit to the dealership I was greeted warmly at the door and they didn't even have to go looking for Devin, he was already on his way to the door to meet me. He had great news, he had found what he figured was exactly what I was looking for, but had another option lined up for me to drive just in case. He was right, they had found my new (new to me) car. I test drove it with Quint as my passenger and I really don't believe that there is a single thing about the product that he didn't know. Every single question I had, from what to how, was answered knowledgeably and confidently. I put down a small deposit so that nobody could grab the car out from under me. It was all I could do to walk out of the Dealership that day without my car. No pressure from Devin, just quiet confidence. I went to my next appointment the following day at a dealership just up the road from Bennett Dunlop and sat in the car I was supposed to test drive and it was really lovely and was also everything I was looking for, but I didn't feel the same welcome. In the end, I didn't even drive it. I drove back to Bennett Dunlop and announced to Devin who again greeted me at the door that I'd like to buy a Ford Taurus. For the actual dollars and cents and warranty stuff I got to deal with Ken who was absolutely the most efficient person I could have asked for - all I wanted to do was get behind the wheel and go show off to family. He reviewed all of the purchase details and talked with me about my warranty options and then left to get all the papers lined up. While he away the service guy, Geordie, who was shadowing Devin that day stood and visited with me, talking about different features to do with the mechanics about the car that I hadn't even thought to ask. If I've gotten his name wrong, I apologize he really added something special to my purchase experience. It's the little things that count. I always say, look after the little stuff and the big stuff works itself out. Bennett Dunlop knows this. From the warm greeting at the door to the care they take to find the right vehicle for the individual - it all adds up. Price is always a consideration but when it came down to it, the bottom line was within my budget and I didn't even care about anything other than that. I was confident that I was getting the best deal and the biggest bang for my buck. Right now I can tell you what I purchased, but without going to look at the paper I can't say how much I paid other than to ball-park it give or take a couple thousand. I would highly recommend Devin and each and every person on his team that I dealt with. I would make that recommendation without reservation or qualification. No ifs, ands, or buts, these guys rock. I tend to drive vehicles for years and years, but I'm pretty confident that Bennett Dunlop will be my first and only visit the next time I'm looking for a car. More

He made himself available to work around my schedule and availability and has followed up with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied. I didn't feel any pressure at all, Derrick wasn't pushy he listened to what I wanted and allowed me to ask as many questions as possible until we found what I was looking for. Also was able to rectify certain issues with the vehicle prior to final purchase, and this was after the sale was complete and at no additional cost. Also threw in some extra "goodies" to ensure a sale with them. No surprises. Up front with everything. Even found a better loan rate as well because I was ready to go to my own bank. More
