Battery replacement Called to see if they had 2011 ford escape on Wednesday. I was advised by parts there was 40. Went in by 12:30 on Thursday which they wanted to test Called to see if they had 2011 ford escape on Wednesday. I was advised by parts there was 40. Went in by 12:30 on Thursday which they wanted to test the alternator and starter as well agreed for 45. By 1:30 they came back and said they had no batteries that they would go to Auto Electric in Regina to get one. Charged a 176 for the battery called after to see that they would have charged me a 133. Ever much up charging as they would have gotten a discount. Finally at 2:30 I got out and my bill was 318 with now the battery computer charge labour and taxes. They told me that there would 3 year replacement and the years after prorated. When i talked to service he mentioned there would be pro rate since I bought the last battery 4 years ago but service did not apply to my bill. Note when they offer this type of warranty to keep the bill safe as they don't look this up to confirm. Very disappointed within less than 24 hours the information changed. More
