The process always began with Kim listening extensively to all of My concerns and questions. He would check in with my twice a week and follow up with previous discussions we had. I never felt pressured to make any decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. Kim always allowed me enough time to make my decisions. Whenever I called and couldn’t reach him, he would always respond quickly. The reason I returned to Bennett for my second F150 is I trust Kim.
