I left the dealership yesterday fully satisfied Purchased my new 5 series BMW and needed a reset of the sunroof. Initially I was not greeted well by the service advisor on the phone but once I was i Purchased my new 5 series BMW and needed a reset of the sunroof. Initially I was not greeted well by the service advisor on the phone but once I was in the dealership the work was done in a timely fashion, and the problem with the car was resolved. Edwin, the shop Forman, was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He spent lots of time explaining some of the features of my car to me and helped me set up some of the preferences to make my driving experience the best it can be. I feel he went above and beyond. he explained everything very well, took his time and was very respectful. My salesman, Matt, assured me that if I have any other questions he would be happy to answer any additional questions or concerns I may have. One of the sales managers, Chris, also took time out of his busy day to go over some of the features that my car had/ and or didn’t have, as my car was a dealer transfer from another dealership. All in all I feel great about my purchase and am leaving forward to a good relationship with Bavaria BMW More
