Without even seeing my vehi I found several vehicles I liked online. The sales person was very helpful in providing detailed information and quotes. Without even seeing my vehicle he was able to give a fair trade evaluation that was honored at the conclusion of the purchase. All pricing negotiations were done via email. I only visited the dealership to inspect the car and sign the ownership papers.
