Great Sales Follow-up I purchased a 2015 Chevy Colorado in April 2015 from Jason Shaw. Jason was not only great to deal with at the time of sale but he has followed up I purchased a 2015 Chevy Colorado in April 2015 from Jason Shaw. Jason was not only great to deal with at the time of sale but he has followed up several times with me through email and when I bring the truck in for service to ensure that I am completely satisfied with my vehicle. With Jason the deal is not complete when the new vehicle leaves the dealership, he is there for satisfied customers! Bob More

He took the time to answer my (many!) questions before, during, and after my visit to Barry Cullen about the Cruze to ensure it was the right car for me. When the colour/package combination I was looking for was not available on their lot, Jason did the necessary work to locate one and bring it in, all while ensuring the best price! I had originally looked at the Cruze at a different gm dealership and was met with a pushy, unpleasant, and unknowledgeable sales person. Jason is none of those things and will ensure you are fully satisfied and happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I am really skeptical of car salesmen however, Jason is a diamond in the rough. For such a young age, he has a wealth of information to any questions asked. Super friendly and NOT PUSHY which is my pet peeve usually. It has been a great pleasure working with Jason and Barry Cullen has found themselves a super salesman. need to learn what servicing a vehicle means My father had his 2006 truck serviced religiously at Barry Cullen for years, asked them to do a safety inspection and they want $2500 in repair. They complained to me that they couldn't get the tires off and wrecked the lug nuts and asked "who put your tires on? I said "you did". They say the brake lines need replaced now. All those times they had the truck on the hoist they never noticed this, suddenly now it's an issue? $2500 in repairs on a vehicle they've been servicing is a joke and money grab. Rusted out brake lines on a 2006 that's had an oil undercoating done. Wasn't an issue when it was just in for servicing a couple months ago. What are they really doing there? So I guess the real issue is should I not trust them now or not have trusted them to do a proper service for all those years? For this reason is why people don't trust mechanics. More
