Steve Motyl (Service Advisor) and Mike Doucette (Service Manager) were in no way helpful in regards to looking after our recently purchased Cadillac. They were more interested in belittling their customers than in solving the issue at hand. This was a warranty claim and by no means should have been handled so poorly. I am so surprised in this day and age, that someone in Service would say "You're not happy because you're not getting your way". Truly disappointed in this experience today. More
Charged for work not completed Our one car has only been to Barry Cullen for all it's service. We took it in recently for a list of things, one of which was the front left and rear right tires leaking. We were also charged for a tire rotation. The day after we picked up the car our front left and rear right tires were low...they are still leaking and were never rotated. More

Had the battery of my 2011 Chevy Volt die on me, Barry Cullen Chevrolet diagnosed the problem quickly and due to the large expense of the repair vs th Had the battery of my 2011 Chevy Volt die on me, Barry Cullen Chevrolet diagnosed the problem quickly and due to the large expense of the repair vs the worth of the car, were able to sell me a new car instead. They could have let me go through with costly repairs on a high mileage car, knowing it would need more and more work thus more money for them in the long run at my expense - instead, they helped me out of a jam and put me into a new car ensuring reliability and lower running costs for me overall. Everyone I dealt with there - Lysa, Rob and Al - all went out of their way to help me out at a stressful time and I can't thank them, or recommend them, enough. Absolutely brilliant service, I've never been treated better by any company I can recall. I'll never even consider buying a car in future from any other dealer. Thanks Lysa, Rob, Al. Really appreciate all you did. More
Fantastic service....again Bought my Volt in May and just had my second service. The drop off was good, love just pulling into the garage and not having to park the car. Came back cleaned and Jacques drove it to my house and dropped it off. I work in Toronto and do not get back home to Breslau until late so this saved me and my wife a lot of time in going to pick it up. This is the second time Jacques has done this and has offered to pick the car up at my house, take it to get serviced and bring it back at the end of the day anytime I need him to. Outstanding Service and Staff!!! I'm from the US and I was involved in an accident on the 401. My car was towed to Barry Cullen to have my car repaired. I was not sure what the next s I'm from the US and I was involved in an accident on the 401. My car was towed to Barry Cullen to have my car repaired. I was not sure what the next steps were going to be but I was provided with such great service and understanding by Jacques Boily, I knew I was in good hands. The service team really took this situation seriously to make sure my car was repaired, walked me through the process, damaged parts and what was going to be done so the insurance company would understand the situation. With the "SLOW" process of this insurance claim, the repair took almost 3 weeks and Jacques was on top of this from day one. He kept me informed by text or emails on the status and was willing to help push the insurance estimator to get this done. The car was 200 miles from home and he made me feel like a real local to ensure it was being done correctly. I personally thank him for all his efforts, kindness and understanding and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Ontario area. More

Patrick was very patient and helpful as we navigated the world of car buying for the first time. He took his time explaining all of our options and working with our budget. Patrick was great with getting back to us in a timely manner if we had a question and was always checking in on us. In terms of finances, Rob was also a stellar employee with regards to guiding us through our options. He helped us choose the best decision for our budget and eased any worries we may have had. Amazing Sales + Service from Barry Cullen for my 17 Corvette If you take a moment to read my other reviews you'll see that I've had quite a horrendous experience trying to obtain my dream car, a 2017 Chevrolet e If you take a moment to read my other reviews you'll see that I've had quite a horrendous experience trying to obtain my dream car, a 2017 Chevrolet either a Stingray or a Grand Sport. In my searches I found that the Barry Cullen Dealership had a 2017 Torch Red Manual 3LT Grand Sport Corvette in stock so I reached out via the form-fill on their webpage at 1am. First thing in the morning (Just before 8am), I receive a personal email from Al Hinds, my sales representative saying that he has received my request and that he will be calling me later to discuss. First off, I was pleased to see this was a personally typed email and not an auto-response. A few hours later, I receive a call regarding my inquiry, another huge win here. Al and myself spent 15 minutes on the phone discussing my past experience with Georgian Chevy and the Corvette that I had tried to buy from them. He told me that it would not be a repeat issue and that I would be well taken care of. Naturally, because of my past experience I didn't believe Al but within hours I stood corrected because we had already developed a proper business relationship; We were texting back and forth, we were emailing back and forth and even calling eachother back and forth. None of my emails, calls or texts went ignored. A few hours into the day and we had already texted, called and emailed easily 10-20 times each. This was a huge step in the right direction, I was very happy to see a salesman taking the time out of his day to put up with frequent communication. This was an extremely time sensitive purchase because I was heading to another dealership in the Barrie area, Al was on point through and through. We worked out the numbers over the phone for my trade as well as the Grand Sport. He worked out an acceptable amount for me, gave me a fair price for my trade and I decided to go in the same day after work to sign papers. Signing papers was a breeze, he took the time to explain and go through all the paper work, introduce me to the car, show me a few how-to items and even take me for a pleasant test drive. At no point and time did I feel rushed, pushed, forced to do anything. Aside from the prompt response times, the best part of this whole scenario was the turn around time for getting this car delivered to me. 24 hours. Within 24 hours of reaching out, I was in the car, the ownership was mine, the trade was complete and the information was transferred over. Extremely impressive. To the audience shopping around for anything Chevy related and more important towards the people shopping for a Corvette, I ask that you read my review regarding my past experience with Georgian Chevy and more importantly, I ask that you strongly consider Barry Cullen; Rest assured Al and the team will take care of you.
