I bought a used Equinox from here. When I bought it, I noticed some moisture in the headlight. I had some issues with actually getting the headlight fixed, but the dealership stepped up and installed a br noticed some moisture in the headlight. Walking in to Barry Cullen was like walking into a dream after the experiences I had had with other dealerships on the very same day. - Professional, knowledgable and customer-focused service. I walked in late afternoon on a Saturday after being several places in the hopes of test driving a new Camaro without much luck or quality service (in fact one place took my number and to this day has not called me with any information). When I arrived at Barry Cullen, I walked into their show room and was greeted by Mitch Edwards with a smile, a handshake, and an introduction by someone who could tell that I was there with purpose. I was treated immediately like an important customer and it mattered. I indicated that I had been trying all day just to test drive a new Camaro in hopes that it would drive exactly as I anticipated. Within two minutes, Mitch had a plate in his hand and I was in a Camaro with close to the exact specs that I had indicated I was looking for, so I could test drive what I was truly looking to buy. Once we had test driven the car and Mitch shared the features of it with me, we went back to see potential for all the details - colour, style, package, etc etc...we found her! As we sorted the logistics of next steps to see if/when the car could arrive and the details of the sale, I was offered a coffee and time to consider options - just truly great service overall and most importantly, I felt informed without feeling pressured. I was given all the information about what was going to soon be my new car and what the next steps along the way would be to get her here if I decided it was what I wanted. First thing Monday, I called Mitch and said go for it! Needless to say, within 4 days of my first visit, I was happily introduced to and driving my new Victory Red with black racing stripes Camaro. I picked her up, Mitch provided a full overview of the car and got me all set up with On Star and I was ready to DRIVE! We have baby #2 on the way and I wanted something that would be easy to get the little ones in and out of. I also really wanted to have remote start to keep them warm in the winter and bluetooth so they would be easy to get the little ones in and out of. Todd was able to get us an Equinox at a price that both my husband and I felt we could afford! Todd was very patient with us as it did take us a while to decide if we were ready to make the jump to a new car. Todd worked very hard to make sure that we got everything we wanted while keeping within our budget. He was also very patient with our toddler as we did up the paperwork! Todd was very genuine and trustworthy. The packages that he recommended are perfect for our family, I am so happy with our expirence and with the new Equinox, I feel like a princess everyday cruising in my new car!
