It's worth talking to Meghan and to get all the information, but before you buy, take a 20 minute drive to Experience Nissan in Orillia and talk to Ken MacKnight or any one in sales for a comparative price. Experience Nissan will negotiate and will probably save you money. More
Do not bring your Nissan to Barrie Nissan, their mechanics are incompetent, they could not do a simple warranty repair on my 370Z and forced me to keep bringing my car back to them because it was no mechanics are incompetent, they could not do a simple warranty repair on my 370Z and forced me to keep bringing my car back to them because it was not repaired correctly. Finally I gave up and took my 370Z to Village Nissan in Unionville and their Service Dept was amazing, they repaired in 45 minutes what Barrie Nissan couldn't repair properly in over 30 days. I have found out after the fact that other Nissan owners have had similar experiences at Barrie Nissan, so I would warn anyone from going to Barrie Nissan. In addition to having incompetence mechanics, the staff especially Joseph Baptiste are very rude, condensing, and unable to follow simple printed instructions on how to repair properly. More
Brought my new Nissan truck here for warranty work multiple times in order to fix the same problem over and over again. Technician(s) damaged the truck upon one warranty repair and failed to disclose multiple times in order to fix the same problem over and over again. Technician(s) damaged the truck upon one warranty repair and failed to disclose the damage caused by their poor workmanship. One visit the truck was brought in for 2 separate repairs and only one was performed and I was sent out the door only to return again a week later to finally finish the job they "forgot" to do. On another visit I showed up to drop off the truck for repairs, waited some time for the shuttle to return and just before going home I was told they didn't have all the parts needed for repairs so again I got sent home and had my time unnecessarily wasted. The service dept. consistently failed to return phone calls, had very poor communication overall and one particular service advisor had a poor attitude. This dealership needs to learn simple customer service and business etiquette. Experience Nissan in Orillia is far superior. More
When we moved from Mississauga, after over 10-years dealing with Woodchester Nissan, we decided to have our two Nissans (1999 & 2005) serviced locally. Turned out Barrie Nissan was the closest dealer dealing with Woodchester Nissan, we decided to have our two Nissans (1999 & 2005) serviced locally. Turned out Barrie Nissan was the closest dealer at that time. I have dealt almost exclusively with Jim Barrett, and have found him very knowledgeable, trustworthy, quick to follow-up and perhaps most important - Jim looks after our needs extremely well. He ensures the the right work is done, to quote, and also is mindful that as a retired couple with older vehicles, budget is a big deal. No one else is now allowed to touch our Nissans for regular or special servicing. More
