Upon arrival at Barrie Ford we were introduced to Graham Haddy and a bond was created. Two days later my husband and I went in as he had some questions with regards to the vehicle that I test drove and without any pressure we purchased a 2016 Escape that was not available but Graham with his contacts had one brought up from another dealership. While waiting for the arrival of our new vehicle, Graham was more than helpful with any questions that I managed to come up with. As well as dealing with Graham we had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Christy, who is a shining star to deal, Susan, who is funny and so easy to be around and then we met Alex as we picked up the vehicle on Grahams day off. Alex was such a great help in explaining all the details and gadgets of the Escape and made sure I was comfortable with everything.
