The service I received from Service Advisor Kim Wakefield was above and beyond to have my cracked Moon Roof that was faulty. She was relentless and followed through with Ford Motors explaining why this roof should be replaced even though it had passed the warranty date. I have never received that kind of service before and all within one week and continuos follow through with us on what was transpiring.
