The services costs were high and I went in to do a service B, I did not expect to pay $1800. This was very disappointing. Have been driving Honda's since 2005 (two Accord's and now have purchased three CR-V's). The 2024 CR-V provided the features and modelling I liked/wanted. Good location, clean efficient facility. Tires at cost! Open Saturdays and holidays for the last minute problems. Vehicle was bought over the internet. Sent me a video and it was exactly as promised for a used car. Mike even made arrangements to pick me up and show me the auto. Purchased my CRV this past spring. Picked it up when I was a few weeks postpartum. I was told to call in to book the protection package. I called 3x, was always redirected and had to leave voicemails with no responses. Brought my car in for its first oil change. Asked to make the appointment and was send to two other desks where I was told someone would be right with me. No one spoke to me the entire visit. I called again. A lady answered and booked me in. I received a call back from her within the hour stating she did not have authority to make that type of booking, cancelled it and told me someone else would be in touch. No one got back to me. I went in to get winter tires put on. I went to the desk I was sent to the last time where 2 men were. I explained how difficult it has been trying to make this appointment and would really like to get it done today. One of the men took my name and number. To my surprise, yes, he called me later that day. He questioned me about what service I thought I was needing. I told him it was some sort of protection. He proceeded to tell me he has papers with my signature on them that states I refused the protective wrap and he can send them as proof to me if I wanted. This confused me and I said oh never mind then I guess. After an awkward pause, he proceeds to tell me I did however purchase the protection package and he can transfer me to another person to book that appointment. I found that very condescending and frankly just rude how he went about speaking to me. So unnecessary! The next lady I spoke to quickly got me booked in. I asked if I needed to clean the car. She told me no just empty it. I asked again saying I have two carseats and she repeated that it wasn't necessary but do remove the carseats. I also received an email saying to remove all items from the car but nothing about cleaning the vehicle. Dropped my car off and received a shuttle home. I get a call telling me that my car is way too dirty for them and they cant do it till its cleaned. She tells me they will do a detail on it for $200 then they can proceed with the protection package. I reiterated the fact I was told not to clean it to which she said she didn't realize how bad it was going to be then continued to talk up the detail service. I unhappily agreed to the detail because I just wanted it all done and have had enough of all of this, which I told her. Overall, the dealership should have foot the bill for the detail. Between never returning my calls and rude communication, I am very disappointed with this dealership and would not recommend it. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I actually like my vehicle. Also, this is the 3rd time I've attempted to write this review. This system is terrible. More
