Great place when you’re buying a vehicle would have to say other words three years later when you go to trade in for a new vehicle.They offer you basically 40% below market value for your vehicle. The minimum I should’ve had was $10,000 because that’s what I put down it was a lease. The vehicle had brand new tires low kilometres no rock chips 3M on the car Honda rubber winter floor mats car was babied and you could tell by looking at it funny they offer me $22000 for the vehicle.I showed the salesman an example of 10 other CRV use the same year selling for eight to $9000 more so was that what they wanted to profit on my vehicle. At this point we ended up buying out the lease and will never step foot in that dealership again. More

I found the text messages from the service department were confusing. They quoted a price then came back and said it was x dollars to fix it?? I asked what the first quote was and she said they was to lo were confusing. They quoted a price then came back and said it was x dollars to fix it?? Then when I picked up my vehicle, after reporting to the service department there was a shimmy or a shake while driving, the issue was still there after paying to remedy the issue. I couldn't be bothered to go back... They seem more interested in upselling than fixing existing complaints. . More

I mentioned to Jody that I had been bringing in my car a lot over the past couple of years. I don't feel he was really receptive to the fact that I my car has become a money pit- everything from requiring a lot over the past couple of years.
