Service Manager Jack went over and above for me on short notice. My CRV somehow picked up a large rock between the heat shield and the brake rotor on a rear wheel while coming over the mountains on treacher notice. The incessant squealing had me fearing a real brake issue and we were on edge about driving back home over those same mountains to Alberta. Jack worked me into the service schedule and the offending rock was found! Cheapest "brake job" ever. :) (My lucky day as Jack was in on a Saturday covering for a coworker!) More
