Overall a good dealership but my latest service was not the best. When I made my appointment, I told the person I was speaking to that I wanted the shuttle. He took care of diagnostic costs, through Honda Canada, as well as product and labour charges, under the warranty program. Jody also got us a smoking good deal on high - end winter wiper blades.
