I had a broken driver door cylinder lock for second time in my 2014 honda fit with low kilos of 68740. Car used hardly not making sense why this cylinder is not working good in driver side. Especially no markings or anything in someone could of damaged trying to get in. I think these cylinders are faulty. I wanted a cheaper version since putting the money in future to power locks on driver and passenger side. So just needed a brand new cylinder with set of keys. Didn't have to match other one. So will look in to that at parts place now, unfortunately. She explained things so well in only being there two weeks.Her training Is outstanding. She was exceptional in explaining the service A service that got complete. She did inform me the cost for cylinder and labor.i also forgot my coupon book and remembered after. She honored the $20 coupon for the service. That was a A+ for customer service. I hope service department always asks for the coupon book in future with all clients because you do forget.
