The workmanship was not an issue. We appreciated what was done. We had an issue with the pressure put on us to do a different service. My husband told the person what service we wanted when he made the appointment and I also told the same to the service gal when I dropped off the car. She told me that the second service was recommended. I told her again my husband wanted the A service. She told me it would be best to talk to him and call back if we changed our mind. Half an hour later, same girl called me telling me my car is requesting that B service. I once again told her we only wanted the A service. Not sure if service people work on commission but we didn’t appreciate the pressure to do an extra service, 4 times after we repeatedly told them we didn’t want it. We have had service there several times and this was our only bad experience and first time our car wasn’t cleaned. More
I was driving by the dealership and my CRV was making an odd noise, It was Saturday and I stopped to see if they could look at it. The service person, Josie, was excellent, got a service person to take it odd noise, It was Saturday and I stopped to see if they could look at it. The service person, Josie, was excellent, got a service person to take it for a test drive and they brought it in and fixed the issue. No appointment, on a Saturday afternoon and we li9ve 45 minutes away. Josie was excellent and the service rep was great. I'm very impressed. More
