She told me that the second service was recommended. I told her again my husband wanted the A service. She told me it would be best to talk to him and call back if we changed our mind. Half an hour later, same girl called me telling me my car is requesting that B service. I once again told her we only wanted the A service. Not sure if service people work on commission but we didn’t appreciate the pressure to do an extra service, 4 times after we repeatedly told them we didn’t want it. We have had service there several times and this was our only bad experience and first time our car wasn’t cleaned. More

I was driving by the dealership and my CRV was making an odd noise, It was Saturday and I stopped to see if they could look at it.
