Dear CBTITTERINGTON, It pains us to hear your feedback regarding your recent dealership experience, and especially our negative experience you had with Parts Person Nychelle. I can assure you that our team goes to great lengths so that customers like you, have a great experience when dealing with our dealership.Hence being a "Customer Satisfaction Award" winner 7 years in a row.In order to keep both our customers and staff safe, we stopped displaying magazines for public and staff reading as per the guidelines which were given to us when Covid initiated by the Provincial and Federal guidelines just as many doctors, and dentists offices have.This was definately not an excuse or a cost cutting measure by any means, as we were simply following the guidelines which were given to us.You have the right to feel that this is lame, yet the inspectors which have come through our dealership did check if we had magazines & coffee stations open for consumer use, along with mask mandates & sanatizing stations, hence following their rules. This has been a very difficult time for the public and the businesses, and we all navigating as best as possible through these trying unknown times. I have now renewed our subscription to the latest magazines, since some of the restrictions have been lifted.I hope that this will make for a positive experience upon your next visit. Thank you for getting back to me. After getting back home, Salmon Arm, from the air bag replacement I found 2 round metal black disks in my drivers side door pocket. The disks have a big centre hole and then a bunch of smaller holes around the outer edge. Were those supposed to have been recycled? Teresa T.
