I live about 45 minutes from this dealership. I took my truck in for warranty work. They were awesome in fixing it for free. Very professional and courteous. But once I drove the 45 minutes h I took my truck in for warranty work. They were awesome in fixing it for free. Very professional and courteous. But once I drove the 45 minutes home, all kinds of error lights came on. They were nice enough to book me back in the next two days but asked if my insurance would cover the tow. It appears that somebody forgot to clamp down a critical hose. They fixed it so that’s all good but I guess I would’ve expected them to cover the tow Or at least leave me a hefty Tim Hortons card on my drivers seat. Anyways, everybody makes mistakes, it’s just too bad I live 45 minutes away which made it a real pain to get back down there on my girlfriends gas and to drive it back again. But it is running fantastic now. So thank you! More

I had just moved from Alberta to BC and needed BC License plates for my Honda. I contacted Bannister Honda and spoke to Josie Ginn. She was very understand and helpful my 2019 Honda never had a license pla plates for my Honda. I contacted Bannister Honda and spoke to Josie Ginn. She was very understand and helpful my 2019 Honda never had a license plate on the front for it was not required in Alberta. I did not have the tools or the means to put my new license plate on the front of my Honda. Josie made an appointment for me and Bannister Honda put my license plate on my Honda with no "charge". Totally awesome customer service. Thanks Josie and Bannister Honda. More
