Seasonal tire change I just went in to get my all season tires changed over to my winter ones which I store at the dealership. I expected that the changeover would take about an hour and after about an hour they came and found me and sent me on my way. They charge a fee for storage of the tires for a season, which is fine with me but when I got my new CR-V I was given a coupon book and one of the coupons actually paid for one season. Thanks! More

Our Salesman, Mr. Enzo Bonaccorso was outstanding. His welcome was warm and friendly. His manner was professional, honest and, which quickly gained our trust. He "heard us" when we told him what we were looking for. The car we were looking for was new onto the lot and still getting detailed. He brought it out to show us and sure enough it was exactly what we were looking for. He explained if we were interested we could put a refundable deposit down and when it was ready, he would call us and we would have first choice whether to take it or not. He kept his word and even though it was ready on a day he had off, he came into work to accommodate our time schedule. He went above and beyond in every way to meet our needs. This gentleman is a big asset to your company. We would also like to say how pleased we were with Mr. Don Hodgin your General Sales Manager. He had many of the same attributes Mr. Bonaccorso had, friendly, respectful and personable with a very keen sense of humor which made the stressful deal-closing a fun experience. Last but not least, it was an absolute pleasure meeting with Aggie Jeszewska who was most helpful. Like I mentioned it felt very much like a win win situation for both parties. When I picked up my CRV all the paper work was ready to go, she went over everything in detail that was looked at on my vehicle. She did a fantastic job!! Thanks Tammy. I only rated the work "good" because the inside of my vehicle smells quite strongly of gasoline, but am guessing that may go along with the job of changing out a fuel pump. Price was rated "average" because don't we all always think we pay too much for car repairs :p More
