She identified the purpose of my visit, listened to additional concern related to windshield washer fluid and arranged for a complimentary shuttle service. The job was completed as advised at no charge. Service staff was professional and courteous. I value their attention to detail in accommodating customer's needs. Unfortunately neither Tammy or myself were able to release the emergency brake when I went to my car. It had been jammed to the floor. Tammy quickly located a technician to release it. More
Not off to the best start with Service I booked my service on-line. I didn't get any reminders of my appointment before the scheduled service . I waited for the basic oil change to be com I booked my service on-line. I didn't get any reminders of my appointment before the scheduled service . I waited for the basic oil change to be completed in the service lounge, however, when the service was completed, the service advisor called out a different customer's name. All the information Bannister Honda had on file for me (name, address, contact information) belonged to another customer. Even the information on my invoice appears to be for another customer. I am hesitant to return in fear of my records being confused with someone else. There seems to be a major computer glich that needs to be remedied. The service I received from Andree was good. More
