I always know if I have a problem they are there to help. Even if they can't help me they point me in the right direction ie. making a new key for my car. Emergency repair of ignition lock on Christmas Eve Today I found that I couldn't insert the key into the ignition. Was towed to Bannister Honda. The service was excellent - I needed to get to Kelowna Today I found that I couldn't insert the key into the ignition. Was towed to Bannister Honda. The service was excellent - I needed to get to Kelowna airport within a couple of hours and service technician managed to solve the problem - although the key and 'ignition' will need to be replaced. I can't tell what a relief it was to get this sorted. Thanks goodness for such great service and very helpful and friendly staff. They managed to line up a rental car for me in case this couldn't be fixed - but it was! More
