Disappointing/surprised. I have dealt with the Vernon Honda for 20 years or so. This last service was most disappointing and left me questioning if I am getting the service I I have dealt with the Vernon Honda for 20 years or so. This last service was most disappointing and left me questioning if I am getting the service I am paying for or being taken for a "ride." Took my CRV in for an oil change and a rear dif. oil change. Had air filters changed as recommended by service employee. Previously in March I had the CRV in for break check and Transmission oil change. Report at that time was 20% left on front breaks. Service May 3rd said brakes were 6mm on front and back. Also stated the Trani. oil was dirty and dark and should be changed. Strange as I had supposedly had the oil changed just over a month before. Makes me wonder if the oil was changed or the mechanic was not sure what oil should look like or did he even check it? Also stated the brake fluid was dark and should be changed. I have to wonder did he look at that or just check some boxes and scribble something down on the sheet. I am left with a very uncertain feeling about taking my car to this dealer again. More
