routine maint. First visit to this Honda dealership as just moved to the city. Took Acura MDX in to Honda for servicing since Vernon does not have a Acura dealersh First visit to this Honda dealership as just moved to the city. Took Acura MDX in to Honda for servicing since Vernon does not have a Acura dealership. Told that Honda can service the Acura but only Acura can do any necessary warranty work (closest Acura dealership is in Kelowna). They did a good job on the actual servicing of the car and in a timely manner while I waited. Only concern (or surprise to me) was that when I provided a hard copy of the car's service history from Silverhill Acura the service lady indicated that she did not want or need it. She said they had no ability to store a paper copy as everything on line now, and she did not indicate that they wanted or needed to manually enter the service info into their system. Seems a bit odd as I would think the dealership would want to have the past history in order to recommend future maint requirements. Other than that experience was fine. Location is on outskirts of town and when leaving find it difficult to turn left onto the hwy due to high traffic volumes in both directions. More

Jason explained the features of the Fit in detail before the test drive. The day I came to pick up the car Jason had taken the time to make sure the car looked good and transfered the license plates for me. He also took the time to go over in detail all the interior features of the car. Never at anytime did I feel he was trying rush things. I would most definitly recommend the Fit, Bannister Honda and most of all Jason as your sales rep. More
