Pleasant, informative and straightforward service. I needed a B service on the 2010 Pilot and it was done promptly. The problem I had with the sinking power on the drive up the Connector seems to have I needed a B service on the 2010 Pilot and it was done promptly. The problem I had with the sinking power on the drive up the Connector seems to have been resolved with the information on a low oil level. The agent was candid about the possible larger problem of this year of Pilot having an oil-burning problem. A process and plan for handling this was given to me and I shall follow-up on the matter. I do need to know if this oil-burning problem will get worse or whatever, since we plan a long road trip in September into western USA. We do not want this problem to re-occur enroute. More

I was amazed at how busy this dealership was but everyone was very friendly and helpful and we never felt like we were under any pressure from them or that we weren't important. Our salesman Jason was not only knowledgeable and very professional but he was a lot of fun and really put us at ease. Aggie in the finance department was also super giving us numbers and options before any commitment, again no pressure! All in all our experience at Bannister Honda was very pleasant and they really made us feel like we were important and not just another sale.
