Simple job of replacing one trim piece and reattaching two others. Parts person went and looked at the vehicle with me. He then went to quote parts and didn’t know if it was for a Pilot or CRV (it’s was b two others. Parts person went and looked at the vehicle with me. Work order was written so mechanic could find trim pieces to reattach (couldn’t see the bottom guard falling off). Mechanic was unsure how to reattach trim pieces. I should have gone to an Autobody shop instead of this Honda dealership. More
