Service visit I booked a service appointment for my 2012 Ridgeline on January 3, 2017. I dropped off my unit with Tammy who had booked my appointment. Once all in I booked a service appointment for my 2012 Ridgeline on January 3, 2017. I dropped off my unit with Tammy who had booked my appointment. Once all info was taken care of she had Myron (shuttle driver) take me to my office. Once servicing was completed later that afternoon, Myron picked me up and delivered my back to the dealership. Tammy had documents already, truck had been completely gone through with all service updates. I am very happy with the prompt service and all aspects of the visit. I will continue to use Bannister Honda for all future services. More
Urgent service I called for an appointment on an urgent basis as the battery was no longer charging in my car. Car Died and was stranded I was visiting for Christmas in Vernon, the day before I had to go home my car died. The Service Department was excellent, they took the car in for re I was visiting for Christmas in Vernon, the day before I had to go home my car died. The Service Department was excellent, they took the car in for repair, found the problem, fixed it and got it back to me on the same day. This was during the Christmas break when they were short staffed as well. Thank You, 5 thumbs up. More

Professional Service We had an issue with our 2014 CRV. The issue was when you started the vehicle in the cold weather it would make a funny sound. Honda had put info We had an issue with our 2014 CRV. The issue was when you started the vehicle in the cold weather it would make a funny sound. Honda had put information out on a bulletin which we were made aware of. The other morning, it was quite cold and it made a noise when I started the CRV. I called Bannister and spoke to Jamie. She set everything up to bring our vehicle in to fix the problem all under warranty. I brought the vehicle in at the time and were given a vehicle to use overnight as it would be repaired in the morning. We were called the following morning that the repair would take about 2 hours and when completed would call. On schedule Tammy called that all was o.k. and we could pick out vehicle up. We went out, got the keys, a calendar, window scraper and we were on our way. Most professional service I have ever had. I cannot say enough about the service department from Tammy, Jamie and John. Keep up the good work. You are an asset to Bannister Honda. More
