Sold extended warranty that did not cover what we were told Purchased 2002 Audi TT. Sold extended warranty. Specifically asked if it covered convertible top and we were told yes. Have had it serviced three time Purchased 2002 Audi TT. Sold extended warranty. Specifically asked if it covered convertible top and we were told yes. Have had it serviced three times for a cost of $1700 and not covered. Would not have bought warranty if we had known and cannot be cancelled. It was a waste of $. Salesman for car itself was excellent. More

LOVE my new vehicle!! I had spotted my new vehicle on the lot when they were closed. We went back the next day for a test drive. Lia is most polite and friendly who came I had spotted my new vehicle on the lot when they were closed. We went back the next day for a test drive. Lia is most polite and friendly who came with us for a few minutes on our test drive. Lia then gave me the keys and said "have fun take your time and see ya when you get back". We took the vehicle around town a bit and I knew instantly that I had to have this vehicle! We left the dealership and I was just about having nightmares about missing out on this vehicle. LOL. Lia then left me a message on my phone to tell me that there were other potential customers coming from out of town. I thought, oh here comes the sales pitch. It didn't matter. I'd already made up my mind I wanted the deal. The Sales Manager Dave was also very pleasant to deal with as was Shae. We were treated very well from Bannister Honda and I would highly recommend them. Thanks Again for the nice ride!! More

Great experience as a first time buyer I had the pleasure of purchasing a used 2013 Subaru Outback from Honda Bannister in Vernon. All staff were very nice, knowledgeable and easy to do bus I had the pleasure of purchasing a used 2013 Subaru Outback from Honda Bannister in Vernon. All staff were very nice, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. Our salesman Enzo was very friendly and helped narrow down my search relatively quickly and the finance lady Shae moved things along nicely once the Subaru was chosen. Another bonus was the insurance company came to meet us at the dealership and I was able to drive my new car off the lot same day, which was a pleasant surprise. As a first time buyer, I thought my experience with Bannister Honda was excellent and extremely smooth and I will absolutely recommend it I anyone I know looking for new or used vehicles. Thank you!
