He is very knowledgeable about all of the Honda product line and was able to help us determine which trim level fit our needs. Khoa was helpful in pointing out the differences and upgrades from our 2002 Odyssey to the new 2020 model. Our experience with Khoa helped us to make the decision to buy our new van. Thank-you Khoa. They used to be much better I used to rave about the staff & service at Vernon Bannister Honda however in the last year or so, the service has gone downhill, I am sorry to say. Y I used to rave about the staff & service at Vernon Bannister Honda however in the last year or so, the service has gone downhill, I am sorry to say. Yesterday my car had a B service. I told them that the air filters & wipers had been changed by my husband. When I picked up my car, which I assumed, but was not told had been cleaned to Covid standard, as I was leaving, the girl on the service desk, ran out after me saying she wanted to show me the cabin filter. She opened my car, sat in it, showed me the filter & then replaced it. She was not wearing a mask nor gloves nor kept 2metres away from me. If she hadn’t caught me as I paid & left (I was served by another staff member) I would have driven away with no cabin filter. I also didn’t know if I had to sanitize my car after her being in it. This was just this visit. I could tell other stories from previous visits to show how things have changed. I used to feel like a valued customer, now I feel I am just a number & a potential additional sale. More
