Long long wait. Booked first appt of the day at 830 am and was told the day before it would all be done in 30 minutes. I arrived at 820am and was told I was second. I had to wait over an hour and then another 30 min. to change my oil. All in all almost 2 hours to just change the oil! More

The usual great service from Bannister Honda. I would not have had my service done there if the part was not there!!! Worst experience later and nobody said anything but sorry we will let you know when your part is in. Brutal . I went to Bannister, out of town for me, because of their great reviews. Be warned as there is little follow through with the small detailed things. More
