We did not get what we expected for our car and know its value is more. They did not stand behind the value. We will sell privately. When in financing they said payments would be close to 300 for 7 years value is more. They did not stand behind the value. We will sell privately. When in financing they said payments would be close to 300 for 7 years at 5.24%. I used my line of credit instead with same interest and under 300 a month will be done in 39 months. When I did the math on their financing I would have paid over 16000 for a 9100 loan. Total rip off! The salesman and staff were great until we decided not to buy or trade our civic. We spent over 5 hours waiting around and half the time we didn't even have out own keys as the car was appraised for trade. Just seemed as we were brushed aside once our minds were made not to trade. Have purchased 2 vehicles here in the past but never experienced this. More
