Jason is wonderful to deal with. Service dept is great but scheduling needs work. When booking requested "reg maint" and asked for verification of what that would entail. records were reviewed (all work done by dealership) and assured just needed service "a" - oil change - once again, when arriving at dealership was informed - no - you actually need service "b" and possible filters. As we live a min hour and half from dealership - the difference in timing is annoying as is the fact that every single time when booking service we ask what is needed only to have a different service required when we actually arrive. The staff at the dealership service department are great and Jason (whom we bought our Ridgeland from) is always great and more than helpful - but given our age and the distance we need to travel it would be appreciated if a correct initial booking would happen. Kristy - Service dept front desk - was wonderful getting us booked in for the following day to take care of an additional problem that was discovered (too late given our travel time to do the day of the initial service). Would really appreciate when booking service and requesting what will be done or needs to be done given mileage - that an accurate booking is done initially. I appreciate the booking has been transferred off site - but I actually booked through the service depart when I called and our records were reviewed and discussed prior to booking. other than that - service is good and the staff is excellant. They have such a great service department. They don’t push the upsells so I feel I can trust them, otherwise I would go somewhere else to have my vehicle serviced. And they answer their phone! I drive a 2022 Acura and have chosen to stay with a Honda product because of this service department. They are the best! And I am so happy that Kristy is back! More
When we started car shopping in Vernon, Bannister Honda was our first dealership we dropped in, and Jason was the first sales person we spoke with. The other car dealerships were pushy and we felt more pressure. Our decision to work with Jason @ Bannister Honda felt right, and our car buying experience was smooth and pleasant. While we were working with a budget, we felt like they worked for us to get exactly what we wanted. More

I'm going to be totally honest with you. I'm not happy at all. I left yesterday really passed off. I don't get angry very easily. First off I booked my car in for a rear diff fluid change an I'm not happy at all. I left yesterday really passed off. I don't get angry very easily. First off I booked my car in for a rear diff fluid change and oil and filter change. The rear diff fluid is due very soon. I drove car in from Salmon arm. They text and say it's done. That's great. I show up and only a oil change is done. He says the fluid for rear diff is on back order. Then proceeds to say your rear diff is due. No xxxx that's why I brought it in. They should have said it wasn't done when they texted or at least called. Then the guy proceeds to tell me I should of had the B service done. We get into a little bit of an argument. He says in order for warranty to be covered it has to be done. I said I get all the major stuff done with you guys and I do the rest. I feel it's a money grab. I will do it myself and document it. He still acted like a jerk. This is my second new Honda Pilot I have purchased from you in 4 years. I really liked you guys all along. Now I'm going to go to Toyota and see if they'll do all the maintenance required for warranty from now on. It's brutal that I drove that far for these services and they were not done. They could of told me before I came that the fluid was on back order. Who's running that maint department. They knew before hand they didn't have fluid and if they didn't something is very wrong. I may never buy another Honda depending how they handle this. More
