Happy with the car, experience had ups and downs I went around different dealerships. Ended up here because they wrote me I could have what I wanted in 2-3 days and that they would give me Invoice + I went around different dealerships. Ended up here because they wrote me I could have what I wanted in 2-3 days and that they would give me Invoice + 0. When I got there, things were not as promised. Daniel was nice and friendly, but the price was off, way far from the promises made. I had to negotiate and argue and all of the usual process associated with buying a car. Got a decent return, but nothing like promised. I could have walked away, but needed this car ASAP and was stuck with the kids which was already a problem. People were however friendly and patient ( with my 3 year old who was climbing everywhere like he was on mount Everest) and never made me feel like my business was unwanted. Could the experience have been better. Sure, Could it have been worst. Clearly. More

Financing manger patt scam I was in the market looking to purchase a vehicle while Kia's interested me. Well, I went to bank street Kia and be assured I was ridiculously ripped I was in the market looking to purchase a vehicle while Kia's interested me. Well, I went to bank street Kia and be assured I was ridiculously ripped off. First of all the financing product is a ridiculous scam along with finance manager Pat. He told me that the tire rotation will be included in the oil change package with the rust proof. I repeatedly asked is the tire rotation was included and I was told yes. Unfortunately, I signed paper work that had included things that were not agreed upon. After one week of my purchase I went to the service department and they told me you need a tire rotation and they wanted to charge me for it ! This was supposed to be included in the warranty, I was furious. K.G. More
