This dealership is exceptional in every way. Until 2009, I had owned 6 Honda Accords. I became dissatisfied with their model design and service. I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe, and simply fell in love with this SUV. Fakri and Amir were very instrumental for making me a happy customer. This past year, my wife and I downsized, and decided to trade our Santa Fe in for a 2013 Sonata. Amir handled most of the work with Ashur, and again, a wonderful purchase experience. However, my wife missed "her" Santa Fe, and felt that the Sonata did not meet our life style requirements. So, I approached Fakri, and he quickly looked at possibilities, and resolved the issue. He put us in a 2013 Santa Fe Sport (the winner of the Canadian SUV of the year over $35000). The best possible deal for both parties was to take back the 2013 Sonata, and put us in 2013 Santa Fe. I can't say enough about the professionalism, integrity and genuine support that Fakri, Louis and Ernesto displayed during the transaction. My daughter's family drives a Dodge Caravan from a Dilawri dealership, and received similar service in her purchase. What more can I say? Very satisfied customers!!! More

Diagnosis of problem, described by other Hyundai dealerships as being fairly common, took too long (four hours labour in total) and the repair was poorly done! It was an issue of corrosion in the Fu dealerships as being fairly common, took too long (four hours labour in total) and the repair was poorly done! It was an issue of corrosion in the Fuse/Relay box in the engine compartment. This should have been fairly easy to find after a mechanic (where I first had the vehicle towed to) called them and told them that there was no power to the injectors. After the repair the Fuse/Relay box cover could not close and it made no sense to leave it like that! You would think if corrosion was the problem in the first place you would want to have the cover fit properly so that moisture could not get in. Furthermore, when I pointed out that the cover did not close the Service Manager (Scott) offered to get a technician to cut a hole in the lid so it would close. Other Hyundai dealership said they see the same problem every month to six weeks and its a 2 to 2.5 hour repair. I FEEL LIKE I GOT RIPPED OFF! More
