People are always scared of the pressured sales of car dealership, I can say with the most sincere reference that this is not that case at Dilawri Hyundai. I currently live in Toronto and due to the service and honest care the sales associate expressed towards me i travelled to Ottawa for the purchase of my Car. Toufic was amazing, he truly cared about making sure i knew what i wanted and then customized the sale to my needs and wants. Christoph was unbelievable, patient, kind and worked extremely hard to get me the best rate for my financing. He is fantastic, i appreciate all the hard work he put in to make sure i was satisfied! Money talks and he went out of his way to make the process go as smooth as possible. No Pressure in any way! I arrived looking for a new Accent with my father last summer. I flagged down an employee working in Finance to ask the nicest, least intrusive, non-obnoxious sales representative to assist me with my ver summer. If people are spending this kind of money, I feel this experience should be as enjoyable as possible. He immediately sais "I'll get Toufic". Toufic Habib made a very stressfull purchase informative and pleasant. He was patient with me, and addressed my father appropriately. On my second visit, I wanted to make sure i wouldnt hear noise through the sunroof. There were no Accents with a sunroof to test drive so Touficasked the sales reps to move cars around to get the only model with a sunroof out of the showroom for me to try. Toufic was very pleasant during negociations for apurchase price. I have returned a few times to ask Toufic to help me adjust radio/lights as I am too lazy to read the manual. It was a very fast sale (practically in a day), we came to an arrangement swiftly and I am satisfied with the experience. The salesman, Omar Mohamed was friendly and seemed well informed and avoided to be to an arrangement swiftly and I am satisfied with the experience. Mark Molleken, the manager was also very pleasant and did not force the deal upon us. He gave a clear understanding of the price structure and we received a fair allowance for our trade-in vehicle. Overall (despite some people advising us to visit other dealerships as well) we feel that we have received a good deal and I could recommend this shop to my friends with no reservation. We have not seen the actual car yet - the pick up date is tomorrow. I hope that the car will live up to the promises and will be trouble free for many years to come. More
