A shout out for the splendid work by the Service Department! Service Manager Tim and Technician Jeremy did a GREAT job installing a radar detector for my recently purchased BMW. Their task was made more difficult, as locating a “switched” circuit on a modern day BMW is a significant challenge. They knew it was important to me, they persevered, and I’m thrilled! We just a purchased a used 3 Series and Brad was super helpful through the entire process. There was a ding on the windshield that he noticed and replaced the window free of charge, also through wheel cap helpful through the entire process. We stopped in at BMW of Cincinnati North one morning without a appointment. Brad Schultz greeted my wife and I at the door and was most cordial but not at all pushy. Our purchase, from wherever that may be, was for my wife. After a long line of Lincoln cars and suv's, she wanted a sedan. Ford/Lincoln no longer builds a car other than the Mustang. She has also owned a few of those in the past. Our first foray into a non-Ford purchase after 49 years was near. Brad was sensitive to our apprehensions. He went to great length to supply my wife with a car that met her wants completely for a test drive. Only took 3 to satisfy her. Sales Manager Ed Besl had a hand also. Alise did a great job teaching the car's controls with Clay Moreland handling the F&I with care. Thanks again to them all. If our first BMW is as satisfying as the sales experience we will definitely return. More
