Management Antonio Masciangelo is a sleazy sales Manger will only bully you when you call him. To top it of the General manger/partner is a young girl in her 20's wich sounds like a brocken record when she talks going around in circules and does nothing. I was taking a video wich is up on youtube on how bad the delivery of the car was. This guys did't show or explain one single Thing about the Car, They properly don't know how any thing works them self. This kind of experience gives BMW a bad name. I have filled a formal complain with BMW Canada and BMW Germany. More
We were promised things like tint included and then didn't provide. We were told we could get the car brought up to speck by their service department or we could do it on or ownThings like Suitable ti didn't provide. We were told we could get the car brought up to speck by their service department or we could do it on or ownThings like Suitable tires windshield , They lied and I found out they sold the sold the car to an auction even when they said they had it inn stock at their premises. It caused us thousands of extra dollars and a very distasteful experience from the management as well. It took a lot away from my BMW that I love Art Boese More
This BMW dealer is the one closest to Downtown Toronto, a very convenient location for people who live or work downtown as it provides a dependable shuttle service during office hours. A very busy dealershi very convenient location for people who live or work downtown as it provides a dependable shuttle service during office hours. A very busy dealership, all staff are friendly, helpful and provide exceptional service when everything worked out fine with your BMW or MINI. They have taken care of my car well every time and have never damaged it, and returned it clean to me whenever possible. However, they never seem to be able to take that one extra step for the customer when something has gone amiss. I have had many problems with my X3, and they always sided with BMW Canada and carried out BMW Canada's smoke screens and deceptive practices. They don't seem to realize who are actually paying their salaries and bonuses... and that is their customers. Perhaps they already have too many customers to deal with, so it doesn't really matter to them. I bought an X3 SAV at the beginning of 2007 from BMW Toronto and have had a long list of driving issues since day one. First, the dealer says it's the characteristic of this vehicle. Then, they say "oh there is a software update," but it doesn't actually work. Then, they promise a future automatic transmission software update will rectify the problems. Half dozen software updates and more than one and half year since new, it's still obviously defective. But each and every time they say it's "performing as designed". My 2007 X3 has been a tremendously unsafe vehicle and it is very stressful to drive on a daily basis. Too many close calls to list here due to the defects, but BMW maintained that it's perfectly safe at all times. They provided their loaner X3 for comparison and told me mine should operate to that standard. It was like night and day, and still is not even close after all the updates. I told them it's now an erratic problem and still a very serious problem. They test drove it once, finding "no" problems, and declined any further test drives to diagnose the problem. BMW Toronto has never contacted me since, even after my last written complaint two months ago. More
