Their service department never updates customer about the status of the car( even thought the car has finished), after reaching my advisor so many times, I finally got this young lady, Sharon, to help me physically check the car in the shop, and it was all ready to go. If you are calling in to the general service line to speak with someone about your car, ask for this young lady. More

Don’t dare comparison shop. They HATE that! I was in the market for a 400 series cabriolet and met with Vince Cappella for a test drive of the 428i and 435i. We met exactly once and spent about two hours together. That's it: no promises, no commitments. Over the next few weeks I did some comparison shopping. A reasonable course of action, I thought. Apparently Vince didn't. Anyways, I found a dealership that treated me very well AND came up with some pretty aggressive numbers. But, before closing a deal, I wanted to give Vince another shot. He had given me an original quote on the day of the test drive, but we had never really gotten down to negotiating the numbers. So I sent an email offering Vince a chance to re-enter the competition. I told Vince that I was looking for the best deal, and was not particular about which dealership sold me the car. Vince was clearly not happy with any of that. His email said he was surprised I had been dealing with another company, that he didn't want to be in competition with another dealer on price, and that I had best continue with the relationship I had developed with the other dealer. And that’s what I did. I got the clear message that Vince didn’t want or need my business – and wasn’t afraid to say so in the most direct terms. I found his reply shockingly dismissive, especially for an experienced salesman in an industry where long-term customer relationships are supposed to be paramount. Talk about burning bridges. So my advice is this: find another dealership that values your business. Clearly, BMW Toronto couldn’t care less! More

Bad customer service after car is sold Purchased the car back in 2011, car is great, no issues with servicing department either throughout the years. This year, I finally paid off the loan and I found that I don't have the ownership of the vehicle for the four years I supposed to, mto registration shows Bmw Canada is the owner of the vehicle and mto would not allow to do a title transfer until I provide with lease document showing I have paid off, funny thing is it is a purchase with loan provided by BMW financial service, not a lease. I have been running mto offices, calling BMW financial Canada to understand what needs to be done to transfer the title, no one has answer to me. Now I paid for the vehicle plus all the interests and I still do not legally own the vehicle. I was told I have pay 200 out of pocket to do security inspection in order for mto to change the title. A disaster four years in the making. Never go back to this dealer ever again. More

We first met Farhan at the 2015 Auto Show when we were not sure what we were looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgable. Our sales consultant was Dominique. From start to finish she was great! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and had our car delivered faster than we expected. Farhan assisted us on delivery day, he even stayed after hours to make sure we were comfortable and knew how to use all the features on our new car. These two are the "Batman and Robin" team at BMW Toronto! We HIGHLY recommend if you are considering a BMW to deal only with the best - Dominique and Farhan! More

They are the most pleasant people when they wanna sell u a vehicle...but once they have your money the after sales service stops. I bought a 5 series bmw which was a certifies series. When i purchased the vehicle the salesperson told me that this is an extension of the manufactures warranty to 6 years or 160k I paid approx 4-6 thousand more for this car compared to other vehicles without the extended warranty....all for piece of mind (which i never received) The service department is a joke they will ask you on the phone exactly whats wrong with the car and it sounds like they are typing it into their system and then after 2weeks of actually getting ur appointment you have to go over everything again because they cant seem to find the notes. They will also arrange a courtesy vehicle for you but will charge you a $25 Fee (can u say nickle and dime) Ive never had a dealer charge me for a loaner....and ive purchased many vechicles in my life from many different manufactures...this place is giving BMW a bad name Every single time this car has gone in with problems they will always try to charge you $164 diagnostic fee if they cant find a problem...on my last visit i told them the car has a weak battery and i don't want to have any problem with the cold weather approaching. not only did they not replace the battery they charged 1hour ($164) for telling me my battery was weak. i was fuming mad and called Bmw canada...they said this is an independent dealership and theres nothing they could do for me (what a joke) How can they justify 1 hour labour to check a weak battery.....i already told them it was weak. ! asked them to give me a detailed report of what the technician did (they refused) Candian tire doesn't even charge to do battery checks lol They have lost my future business!!! The car was in great condition and any outstanding issues were taken care of. Even after I noticed a couple of dents on the hood after having the car for a couple of weeks, it was all taken care of! I can't speak for all the sales guys there, but Simon took outstanding care of me and the car. Overall it was a great experience buying a used car from them, and if you are in the market for a used (or new for that matter) BMW, you should definitely consider buying the car from this dealership.
