They never answer the stupid phone call (we called like 10 times, but NOONE is answering the phone), and they will not respond to your voice mail! (They simply do not respect their customers!) THIS PLACE PROVIDE THE WORST SERVICE AMONG THE BMW DEALERSHIP. More
