Dealer Rude and not genuine I was offered a car wash for my brand new 320i at the dealership . But when it came out of washing it was full of micro scratches. The managers I met I was offered a car wash for my brand new 320i at the dealership . But when it came out of washing it was full of micro scratches. The managers I met were rude and not taking the responsibility and tried to blame me. Ideally they should take the ownership and do the buffing free of cost . This shows how arrogant they are . I don't mind paying 200$ but was that not their responsibility . Please do check for some good dealers . I'll never recommend this one . More

After picking up my car, I was told no falsely leak was found and ask after two weeks return for follow up. Asked if they've already booked me in, advisor directed me to the service counter to book. I went there and the lady advise you have to call a "special number upstairs". Handed me card, asked if they can phone for me and the line was busy. Customer service is bar far nonexistent in this dealership and management reasoning is, it's a busy dealership. Sales sells the first car, service thereafter, it seems this dealership doesn't get what's called to go the extra mile. What would've been really nice, to say Mr customer your scheduled to be returned in two weeks and here's a date we've selected for you unless you wish to change and I can help you with that. Instead they made me go from advisor to the counter just to learn I must call a "special number" that was busy line. More
