Vince Cappella at BMW Toronto is GREAT This is our 6th BMW (3rd from BMW Toronto). My wife and I bought a 2016 3 series and are very pleased with the features and capabilities but more so with the buying process. Before having sat down with Vince Cappella, we were leaning away from BMW altogether as our experience with the 2013 3 series has been less than stellar. Vince sat down with us and carefully listened to our issues and spent a time to match a vehicle with the features that matched our needs (mostly communications features). We took the vehicle out for a test drive and were sufficiently pleased that we bought the vehicle that day. For me the BMW brand had stood not only for Performance but also Service and the Service portion had been fading the last decade. Vince clearly knows what Service is about and has renewed my faith in the BMW brand. My wife who normally hates shopping for cars asked me specifically to write that she thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience with Vince. If shopping for a new BMW at BMW Toronto - definitely ask for Vince Cappella. More
