Because of the premium brand I expected high level of service but reality exceeded my expectations. Sales manager Les Bulka made all the experience a pain-less and enjoyable one. He answered all my questions regarding the vehicle's features and options and spent a lot of time with us test driving, discussing details and showing car's features. Overall experience was very positive, I am sure I've got the best car for the money. More

Unfortunately my first sales rep, who I quite liked, moved to another dealership, so I was starting fresh. I was very pleased with the effort Samir Umer put into getting me the car I wanted. He worked tirelessly to search a certain vehicle down that I wanted. I had been looking at similar vehicles at other dealerships for quite some time; however Samir was by far the most interested in getting a deal done. Interestingly when the other dealerships I visited eventually followed up with me they were surprised to learn their cars didn't necessarily sell themselves and that Samir's customer service was the deciding factor in buying from him. It is always a daunting experience purchasing a new vehicle, so I want to take this opportunity to say that Vince Cappella, the sales representative, was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Most important, he carefully listened to me and answered all my questions giving me the information to make the right buying decision. Following my ordering the car, he kept me posted on the status of the car's manufacture and then shipping. Finally, the delivery of the car and walking me through all the features, and welcoming me to get in touch with any further questions, was handled very well by Vince and the dealership. The 230i is a great car and it was a great experience dealing with Vince and BMW Toronto. More

BMW i3 Do not purchase or service an i3 with BMW Toronto. Their service advisors are clearly not trained on this car (not sure that some of them even know th Do not purchase or service an i3 with BMW Toronto. Their service advisors are clearly not trained on this car (not sure that some of them even know the i3 is electric), yet they are rude to deal with, argumentative about common i3 teething problems and talk down to you as if you know nothing about your car (to be fair most consumers truly do not know anything about their car, so I understand where the attitude comes from, but it's no excuse). Every service visit I make I have to nag and beg the SA for them to charge the car after the service is complete, this should be an automatic part of a service visit for an i3 or i8, it's simple customer service and goes a long way towards customer satisfaction. BMW Toronto also does not seem interested in selling and supporting the burgeoning electric car world. They currently do not have an i3 on display, inside or out, even though the 2017 i3 has a new larger battery, making it more appealing to more drivers. As well, the Chargepoint charging station located in the customer parking lot is almost always blocked during business hours by non-EVs as there is no signage or markings on the two spots to educate gas vehicle drivers about not parking in front of an EV charger (check out Plugshare to see for yourself). You're only hurting yourself BMW, get it together or you will lose the electric car faithful that were drawn to the i3 in the first place. Plug-in hybrid versions of the 3, 7 and X5 are not interesting to most Canadians who prefer small hatch and utility vehicles or to the many people that want to go full electric now that Ontario is installing chargers across the province and gas prices are rising due to new cap and trade taxing. Do not care for customers best interest - STAY AWAY!!! Service department reps do not care for customers best interest. I have been loyal to this dealership over 10 years and have been taking my cars (2 BM Service department reps do not care for customers best interest. I have been loyal to this dealership over 10 years and have been taking my cars (2 BMWs over 10 years) for service at the same dealership only to realize they do not have their customers best interest. My BMW just came off warranty, and knowing very well the maintenance record they failed to advise the last 2 items needed that should have been taken care off while under warranty, which caused me the pay for these items after the end of warranty. I would have expected them to at least give me a heads up knowing very well the car was coming off warranty as my car was being serviced for brakes prior to the end of the warranty period; having the full service history as they have been servicing the car from day one. After a lengthy chat with their Service Dept Manager, the message received is that the customer is responsible for keeping track of these items, even in this case where they have the full service history. Why the service reps are being paid to sit around is anyone's guess. if they fail to inform the customers on the work required in a timeliy manner!! This is the response you get from this dealership for loyalty. They only care about their bottom line, not the customers best interest. STAY AWAY!!! More

Not to be trusted!!! He lies saying he's the top sales guy. Found out after that wasn't true. He pushed for a quick sale not asking us for our needs. Could have purchased a more suited car in or above the same price. I'm not to picky on price. You better do your own reasearch because they won't help make a good decision or even show you other options avaliable. Not a happy trustworthy experience. And it's the second time at this dealership with a different salesmen. The previous gentleman doesn't work there anymore so I thought to give it another try. Same experience but worse. Just do not go here. Any other BMW dealer is better. More

I have dealt with other BMW service departments, but must rate this one at the top. They are extremely accommodating and while waiting for my vehicle, I have yet to see anyone complaining about service issues. As for the sales department I can’t say enough about my dealings with Vince. I have dealt with many salesmen over my 40ish years of buying vehicles. Without a doubt Vince is the most professional and accommodating, I have experienced. He does not hesitate to go the extra mile for the customer. If BMW provides training for their sales staff, I would highly recommend Vince to be one of their instructors. More
