My experience at BMW Toronto service with my g12 750li was horrible. Went in for a supposedly quick and easily oil and brake fluid change... They ended up doing all the services without ever notifying the was horrible. Went in for a supposedly quick and easily oil and brake fluid change... They ended up doing all the services without ever notifying they were done, I had to call asking about the car... Then I realized they didn't even do the Brake Fluid because it was "declined" by somebody even though I was never contacted at all?! Even worse is that they even put the wrong oil in the car, they put LL17 OW20 instead of the LLO1 OW30/5W30 needed for the N63TU2.... I had to carefully check that my eyes didn't read the service invoice wrong for the wrong oil twice, but after verifying myself and with a friend, they indeed screwed up even on a oil change... Had to do two trips to the dealer so far... No loaners provided throughout this horrible experience which made my busy life even harder to deal with. Hal Greenson was supposedly my Service Advisor, terrible attitude, did not own up to the mistake but rather blamed it on me for declining the service, even from the service reception I had more communication from and somewhat of a logical response to try to help.
