DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! ! If I could give a 0 star I would. I found a BMW 330i on their website, it was used but fairly low kilometres for the year. I was told that the car ! If I could give a 0 star I would. I found a BMW 330i on their website, it was used but fairly low kilometres for the year. I was told that the car was in great shape over the phone and that very problem it had has been corrected (ex. new wiper blades). I placed a $500 deposit on the vehicle. I was very excited for my new vehicle. When I got to the dealership the salesman was busy, so they told us to look around at the other vehicles. We looked around the showroom and then saw the car I was going to purchase in one of the garage bays. I went over and looked at the car without the salesman there. As soon as I walked up to the car I was in shock and furious. The entire front of the car was paint chipped, scratched and sand blasted. This covered the headlights, fog lights, hood, BMW badge, the grill was so bad in fact they replaced it with an Amazon grill. The mirrors were chipped and the windshield was awful. It had at-least over 25 small chips and 5 plus very large chips. Instantly I knew I was not going to purchase the car as it was nothing like they described. When the salesman finally came to show us the car, I said I wasn’t happy with it and all the damage it had. They kept trying to talk us into it saying that it wasn’t that bad and one of the window chips had been filled. When we refused the car and asked for our deposit back they refused to give back the deposit. Their solution was to offer a completely different car that was two years older to us. In conclusion we drove 4 hours each way and lost $500 dollars and got nothing out of it, except for a lesson not to ever buy from this dealer again. More
