“My service was a result of a collision insurance repair claim. The service department team (especially Andy Grillo and Peter Blesse) went far beyond what I would consider normal in assisting me. The body shop gave Town+Country BMW service the car 1 day early than planned and the Town+Country team didn't wait, they got the job done immediately which returned the car to me 1 day sooner. Peter Blesse took technical and lead ownership of the service. Andy Mak, my service advisor did a great job but this service was abnormal and Peter provided special treatment exceeding my expectations. Peter Blesse personally explained all the repairs and assessment findings. Answered all my questions before I had a chance to ask them. Also, Prior to delivery to the body shop, Peter Blesse did a personal walk around and assessment of the damage in order to better plan for the upcoming suspension and mechanical inspection after the body shop was finished.
