They also offered help should I need it after taking possession of the car. Very professional and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Everything was ready to go when I arrived and the vehicle was in the delivery area and ready to take possession of. All the paperwork was also prepared in advance of my arrival. The winter tires and rims I had ordered were also mounted prior to my arrival. Every promise was met and in some cases over delivered on which was a nice touch. This is my first time entering this BMW dealership and I must say, that I did not expect the dealership to be so friendly. I've always had some misconception that the salesperson wouldn't bother servicing me because I'm relatively young. However, Andrew Nguyen from the pre-own department greeted me in a very friendly and welcoming manner. And throughout the whole process from visiting the dealership the first time, to the date of actual pick up, Andrew was extremely helpful from beginning to the end. From helping me deal with my insurance agent, to answering my many emails regarding the agreement/documents, I felt like everything has been taken care of already. If I were ever to purchase another BMW, I will definitely drop by Town + Country BMW to look for Andrew for my next car. I had been buying BMWs since 1987 almost exclusively from Town And Country. I say almost exclusively because I bought one from Autohaus BMW when they first moved into the Unionville area where I lived until Town And Country. But When T&C moved to Unionville I was delighted to be able to work with them again. I love the service I get from a local dealer, and Town+Country BMW really defines what good service is all about. It is why I continue to buy cars from them. I believe this is my 7th or 8th 3 Series, though I have also owned one 540i and also own a 2011 X3 as well as 328ix. They always keep me abreast of what is available and offer me great alternatives for financing. This time around, having selected a vehicle with the help of Albert Holtzman, my preferred sales rep, I was handed over to a young woman for my vehicle orientation. Jenmy Kwan was incredibly helpful in the orientation. She answered every question and even offered some great personal tips on how to program the cars selection buttons to better suit my needs and provide an even better driving experience. It was fantastic. Keep in mind that I have now owned a lot of these vehicles but she really showcased all the new programable features that I was not aware of. I never felt rushed. Every question was answered patiently and many with examples and help. She even helped me set up my SOS system. She was incredible. I would give Jenmy a 20 out of 10 as a goodwill ambassador. She has since called me to make sure I didn't have further questions. Very impressive I was completely satisfied with the experience at Town and Country BMW and with their staff, particularly. Albert Holtzman, Jenmy Kwan and Shelly Clark. They are all very helpful. Jim Cochrane runs a fantastic dealership in a very familial manner.
