It was a very interesting and pleasant experience. My first contact to this dealership was Amanda Quillin who approached me via Email. Being at the dealership I got in touch with Mr. Yoga Warren the sales consultant that explained me everything, financially and technically. Now I can say that I was approached by other dealership but the manner that Yoga put me in the right perspective and the right price was the decision trigger that made me finally go all the way. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with ending with ( but not least) Michelle Chen the delivery specialist. Bottom line I would go through the same process endlessly. If it wasn’t for Danny Nejmeh and his customer service we would probably not have purchased a BMW. As I mentioned before, from the time we walked into Town and Country BMW we felt completely welcome. We were fortunate to be put into the very capable hands of Danny Nejmeh, he spent the time with us to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and answered our numerous questions. The customer service that Danny provided was beyond what was expected. Even though this was a really tough decision, he certainly made it easier for us. Town and Country BMW was the third BMW dealership we had been to, the reason why we did not purchase a car from the other dealerships, was directly related to the level of service we received from them from the time we walked in. We certainly did not feel welcome there; in retrospect I am extremely happy, as we would never have landed up at your dealership. Upon Delivery everything was in order and Michael Li went through the entire car with us, both Danny and Michael should be commended on making us feel like a valued customer, on top of that they were sympathetic that we had our children with us and were concerned about their tolerance levels too. We are extremely happy with the car and especially with the dealership and experience and more so with Danny and Michael. They are both a huge asset to the dealership as a result, where ever I can; I will definitely recommend Danny at Town and Country BMW. Keep up the great work and thank you for a wonderful experience. He was respectful, attentive and responsive to the customer's demands throughout the transaction, and his pre- and post-delivery service is commendable. Jason's willingness to go out of his way to meet the customer's needs smoothed over any hiccups in the transaction and turned the experience into a highly positive one. In addition, I was also impressed by the professionalism of the delivery specialist, Jenmy Kwan, who was very helpful in her explanations and follow-up in ensuring the customer's satisfaction with the vehicle and its features. When I went to the dealership, I was very scepticle about the kind of service and price I would get and whether I could really afford such a p a BMW.
