I found him to be very enthusiastic and energetic in dealing with me and my wife. He made sure that all my questions about the vehicle were clarified. Wesley Ng, the delivery specialist, was very thorough and very patient in explaining all the features and functionalities of the X3. He knows the vehicle inside out. Wesley did such a good job that after a week of driving the car, I have had no reason to consult the owner's manual yet. The dealership has its flaws on its physical layout but that is the least of my concerns when it comes to buying a car. The first BMW dealership, I became turned off, the sale person told me I was picky. This is where I test drove the X1 and X3. He became pushy. I then left, went back to Benz and test drove the C 250. I did not want a car or another GLK. I then test drove the Infinity EX 35, Mazda 5, Murano and Rogue. I came back to the X1. My husband and I then went to Town +Country BMW. Mayur was so personable and I liked him. We were there to purchase. When I picked up my X1, Michelle Chen reviewed all the features 101 was amazing and very nice. She explained everything perfect. I'm very happy with my purchase and I do hope this choice performs for me the next 3 years. Thanks, I love it. More
