He followed up with me the next day after the delivery of my vehicle to ensure everything went well and happy with the vehicle. During the sales cycle, he was never pushy or hard sale, he took the time explaining the benefits of each packages and options available and help me choose the options that best suit ‘MY’ need and style. I was debating between Benz GLK350 or BMW X3 in the beginning, I end up buying BMW not only because of the great reviews of BMW and X3, but more importantly, the top notch service I get from T&C BMW and salesman Mayur. I was greeted immediately the minute I walk in the dealership and was put to a salesman right away to look after me. Mayur was easy going, friendly and professional throughout the sales cycle, extremely patience and went out of his way and fulfilled all my last minute changes. I was in the Market for a BMW in September 2012 since I wanted to replace my 2004 BMW. I had a small misunderstanding with one of the sales consultants at this dealership. He was the key too our final decision on BMW. After we singed the contract Kevin asked any prerences we might have for licensing and delivery time & etc. The delivery specialist Wesley Ng was also presenting the same professionalism during the delivery, he guided us though all the features of our new X1 and truly made us sensing the advanced and unique beauty of BMW, called us couple days after the delivery to make sur we were still happy with our X1.I would definitely recommend everyone for town & country BMW and I will be the BMW ambassador!
